Zumba has re-inspired and re-energized my health and weight loss journey! Although it's an intense workout (because your body is constantly in motion), you don’t really notice that you’re exercising because it’s so much fun! The music is upbeat, the routines are challenging and entertaining, and it’s a great way to meet people with similar fitness ambitions. It helps to have a lively and creative instructor too (like Johneen!). Zumba pushes my endurance to new limits, and I’m always amazed at what I accomplish in the class.
